# Privacy

> This site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no accounts and has no forms, so there is very little to describe.

## What the site collects

Nothing. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no chat widget on any page. No cookie is set by this site, which is also why there is no cookie banner. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third party.

## What the host sees

The pages are served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the request itself, including the IP address it came from and the user agent string, in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. That data is handled under Cloudflare's own terms, and we do not receive it as a report, a dashboard or an export.

We therefore cannot tell who read a page, and we do not build a profile of anyone who does.

## Email

If you write to editors@financialspreadingsoftware.com we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of any correction we made because of it, since a correction has to be traceable to its source. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. We do not sell or share the address.

Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, other than where a message is the cited source for a factual change on a page.

## Links off this site

Vendor pages link out to the vendors themselves. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's property under someone else's policy, and nothing described here applies.

## Automated readers

Crawlers and AI agents are welcome, are not blocked, and are not tracked either. Every page is published in markdown as well as HTML, and there is an index at /llms.txt. No rate limit, no key, no login.

## Changes

If this site ever adds something that collects data, this page changes before that thing ships. Questions go to the same mailbox as everything else.
