## Correcting a fact

Every factual claim on a platform page is supposed to trace to something published. When one does not, or when it traces to something that has since changed, tell us which page and which sentence, and point at the source that supersedes it. A vendor product page, a dated release, a filing or a partner directory listing all work.

A correction that arrives with a source gets made and the page is restamped with a new verification date. A correction that arrives without one has to be researched from scratch, which is slower and sometimes ends with the sentence unchanged.

## If you are the vendor

You are welcome to correct any fact about your own product, and several facts on this site would improve if you did. The fastest ways to move up a ranking are also the cheapest: name a bank or credit union running the product, publish a price, or move a capability off a roadmap date and say it is generally available.

What we will not do is let a vendor approve its own ranking, preview a page before it publishes, or trade coverage for anything. Positions are editorial opinion against the six criteria published on every ranked page.

- A named customer institution, with asset size if you publish it
- A published price, or a range a buyer could put in a budget
- The tax forms and statement types the product actually reads, named
- Integrations confirmed on the partner's side, not only on yours
- A rename, an acquisition, or a product that is no longer sold standalone

## Suggesting a platform we do not cover

Send the product name and one link that shows it exists in production at a US bank or credit union. Three tests decide inclusion: the product standardizes borrower financial data into a spread a credit officer would recognize, it can be bought today, and something outside the vendor's own slide deck confirms it is running somewhere.

## What we cannot help with

We do not broker introductions, negotiate contracts, run selections or give advice on a specific institution's decision. We do not have pricing that vendors have not published, and we will not estimate it. Nothing here is legal, regulatory or accounting advice.
